You’ll have the chance to work on a new initiative that’s going to make a significant impact on the top teams in these sports. </p> <p>As an <strong>Engineering Manager </strong>at Hudl, you’ll:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Drive technical strategy.</strong> Your strategic insights will help set the direction for our engineering efforts and ensure we stay ahead in the market.</li> <li><strong>Maintain efficiency.</strong> With a focus on outcomes over outputs, you’ll ensure your team delivers high-impact work efficiently. Your leadership will empower your team to make data-driven decisions and iterate quickly on feedback.</li> <li><strong>Collaborate across disciplines.</strong> You’ll work closely with leaders from various disciplines to plan and deliver enhancements across our product suite. You’re also an advocate of TDD and CI/CD, and you can drive engineering practices across any team.</li> <li><strong>Critical thinking skills. </strong>You’re able to come up with novel solutions to problems—it’s easy for you to think outside the box.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Nice-to-Haves</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Multi-level team experience.</strong> You’ve worked with teams of different levels of maturity simultaneously, and can tailor your approach to get the best results.</li> </ul> <ul> <li><strong>Professional background in relevant technologies.</strong> Experience with C#, React, React-Native, MongoDB and AWS are a plus.
