HubSpot’s Company Pillar, Business Systems organisation is responsible for Hubspot’s People, Legal and Finance functions, its ITSM tooling (ServiceNow) and company-wide Generative AI tooling and transformation enablement (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Glean, etc).
