This is a highly used and monetized area of our product where users desire both feature richness and ease of use.  You will be instrumental in defining how newer AI paradigms can help shape the user experience that best meets customer needs, helping to drive product vision, and collaborating closely with product and engineering leadership to build innovative solutions for this critical part of our product platform. As a Staff Designer, you will be a key driver in navigating ambiguity, rapidly iterating, and validating design hypotheses. Your expertise in high-fidelity prototyping will be essential in communicating concepts, testing assumptions, and ensuring a seamless user experience. This role needs a proactive, strategic thinker who builds engineering context quickly, learns from users and competitors and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
