This team sits at the intersection of platform and product, so we’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who enjoys the challenge of delivering for both internal and external users and elevating the team to the next level as they explore new projects. <h3>What you’ll do</h3> As a Senior Software Engineer I, Front End on the Growth Acquisition team, you will: <ul> <li>Design and build scalable, user-friendly front-end applications that improve onboarding and product adoption experiences.</li> <li>Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to ship high-quality features quickly.</li> <li>Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code in React, TypeScript, and other modern web technologies.</li> <li>Contribute to front-end architecture and design decisions that support long-term scalability and performance.</li> <li>Mentor and support other engineers on the team, helping raise the technical bar.</li> <li>Use data and experimentation (A/B testing, feature flags) to validate impact and guide product decisions.</li> <li>Continuously look for ways to improve usability, accessibility, and performance in the customer experience.</li> </ul> <h3>We’re looking for people who:</h3> <ul> <li>Have strong experience building front-end applications with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.</li> <li>Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment where experimentation drives learning.</li> <li>Understand how to build for performance, accessibility, and responsive design.</li> <li>Have experience working with APIs and collaborating with back-end engineers to deliver end-to-end features.</li> <li>Are proactive collaborators who enjoy working closely with cross-functional partners (Product, UX, Data).</li> <li>Take ownership of their work and are excited to see it make an impact on customers and business growth.</li> <li>Bring a growth mindset and eagerness to share knowledge, mentor, and learn from peers.</li> </ul> <h3>Nice to have:</h3> <ul> <li>Experience with experimentation platforms and A/B testing frameworks.</li> <li>Knowledge of front-end build tools, CI/CD, and performance monitoring.</li> <li>Familiarity with customer acquisition, onboarding, or growth-focused product development.</li> </ul><div><hr /> We know the <a href="https://www.theatlantic.com/magazine/archive/2014/05/the-confidence-gap/359815/" target="_blank">confidence gap</a> and<a href="https://blog.hubspot.com/marketing/impostor-syndrome-tips" target="_blank"> impostor syndrome</a> can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates, so please don’t hesitate to apply — we’d love to hear from you.
