Our goal is to enable each sales rep to improve deal velocity, adopt best practices seamlessly, and spend more time engaging with prospects/customers, providing an excellent buying experience. The AI Tools &amp; Context team is building internal tools that power smarter and more efficient AI agents. There are multiple agents used across the Flywheel Group, and our mission is to build a reusable set of tools that allows us to rapidly extract, reuse, and act on contextual insights. We also aim to create a more unified user experience by allowing multiple agents to seamlessly share context when a user is transferred between them. This is a greenfield team where you’ll have the opportunity to shape the foundation of a high-impact capability area at HubSpot. <h3>What’s the day-to-day like?</h3> <ul> <li>Building backend systems and AI tooling that enable agent capabilities across the Flywheel Product Line.</li> <li>Working closely with other engineers, product managers, and internal stakeholders to solve complex data and infrastructure problems.</li> <li>Collaborating on system design, implementation, and best practices.</li> <li>Building data pipelines, retrieval systems, and backend integrations with AI models.</li> <li>Solving hard problems related to data and data quality. </li> <li>Mentoring teammates and helping shape the engineering culture on a new team. </li> </ul> <h3>How are we growing?</h3> We’re starting small but plan to grow the team over the next several months, and potentially beyond.
