Your work will ensure that the right data, structured and unstructured, flows reliably into AI-powered features that directly improve how property managers and guests interact with our platform.</span></p><p></p><p><span>You’ll focus on Python-first data engineering, building pipelines, embeddings, and RAG systems, while also collaborating with product and platform teams to make sure your work connects seamlessly into existing services.</span></p><p></p><h3><span>What you’ll do</span></h3><ul><li><p><span>Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes to feed AI-powered features.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop and optimize embeddings, vector databases, and RAG pipelines.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experiment with and implement LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, etc.).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work closely with other product and platform teams to ensure smooth integration with existing systems and services.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Establish best practices for data quality, observability, and performance in AI workflows.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support deployment of Python-based AI services into production.</span></p></li></ul></div></div><h2>Job requirements</h2><div><div><ul><li><p><span>5+ years in data or backend engineering, ideally in SaaS.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong Python skills (FastAPI, Pandas, PyTorch/TensorFlow, optional but nice).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with embeddings/vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Exposure to AI frameworks for RAG or orchestration (LangChain, etc.).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Comfort collaborating across teams and integrating data pipelines into larger systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Bonus: cloud experience (AWS, GCP), workflow automation (Airflow, Dagster)</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h3><strong><span>What we offer</span></strong></h3><ul><li><p><strong><span>Competitive Compensation:</span></strong><span> We offer competitive pay based on market rates in the country of the applicant.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span>100% Remote:</span></strong><span> Enjoy the freedom to work from anywhere within your country of residence—be it a co-working space, your home office, or even your dining room table.
