You will ensure that our clients achieve measurable outcomes through Hippocratic AI’s innovative solutions. You will have the opportunity to partner and report to the Chief Customer Officer.This role will sit remotely in the Nashville, TN, area and serve local and surrounding clients as needed. It will be required to travel onsite to the clients location regularly.<h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare staff and operational leaders, acting as a trusted resource.</li><li>Lead product implementations, focusing on aligning solutions with nursing workflows and operational processes.</li><li>Train nursing teams and other healthcare staff on the effective use of Hippocratic AI solutions, ensuring adoption and success.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve workflows and patient care outcomes using AI tools, particularly in bedside care and nursing operations.</li><li>Manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and addressing operational concerns.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, and engineering) to address client feedback and improve user experiences.</li><li>Establish metrics to measure success, including patient care outcomes, team adoption rates, and operational efficiencies.</li><li>Travel extensively to healthcare facilities for onsite support and training, and participate in strategic in-office sessions in Palo Alto.</li><li>Collaborate with the nursing leadership team to share best practices from AI implementation and be comfortable presenting at conferences/webinars on the impact of AI in Nursing.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2>Must-Have:<ul><li>A minimum of 5 years of health systems experience.</li><li>Proven experience in customer success, account management, or project management.</li><li>Ability to build relationships across an organization, from front-line staff to executives.</li><li>Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically clinical workflows and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.</li><li>Strong background in project management.</li></ul>Nice-to-Have:<ul><li>Experience with AI or technology adoption in healthcare.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of healthcare workflows and compliance standards.</li><li>Active Registered Nurse (RN) license from an accredited university.</li></ul>***Be aware of recruitment scams impersonating Hippocratic AI.
