This role will serve as a strategic business partner, leading the management of trade spend, supporting go-to-market investments, and providing decision-making insights to fuel growth. The Manager will oversee 1 analyst and work closely with senior leaders in Sales, Marketing, and Finance. The position is remote, with occasional travel for team meetings. WHAT YOU WILL DO <ul><li>Trade Spend Management </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Manage the trade spend planning, tracking, and reporting processes. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Partner with Sales to ensure accurate forecasting and effective ROI measurement. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Establish controls and insights around promotional spend effectiveness. </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Business Partnership </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Act as the Finance partner to Sales and Marketing teams, providing analytical support and strategic guidance. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Support new product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional strategies through development of financial models and post-event analysis. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Collaborate on pricing strategy, channel development, and customer profitability analysis. </li></ul></ul><ul><li> Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A) </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes for trade spend and commercial investments. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Analyze monthly topline performance to understand variances from plan and prior year, providing commentary to various stakeholders </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Deliver executive-level presentations with clear storytelling and insights. </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Team Leadership </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Manage, coach, and develop direct reports. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Foster a high-performing, collaborative culture within the Commercial Finance team. </li></ul></ul>WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU BRING <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus. </li></ul><ul><li>5–8 years of progressive experience in Finance, ideally within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) or beverage industry. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong experience with trade spend management and customer P&amp;Ls. </li></ul><ul><li>Proven track record partnering with Sales and Marketing leaders in a commercial finance capacity. </li></ul><ul><li>Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite) and trade promotion management tools preferred. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience implementing new finance processes and/or systems. </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and business partnering skills. </li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a small team. </li></ul>
