You’ll work directly with stakeholders across the business—Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and beyond—to understand their goals and translate them into reliable, scalable data models. In this role, you’ll act as both a trusted technical advisor and a strategic partner, ensuring that our data warehouse and analytics layer empower teams to answer their own questions with confidence.</p> <p>Your work will have a direct and visible impact by creating clean, well-modeled datasets and intuitive reporting structures that make it easy for non-technical users to access insights. You’ll help us move faster, make better decisions, and turn raw data into real, measurable business impact.</p> <h2><strong>What Youll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Work with all areas of the business to understand their objectives and how you can aid them in make high quality decisions, fast.</li> <li>Develop strong working relationships with leaders in all areas in the business to allow for continuous adaptation to changes in the business.</li> <li>Develop data oriented solutions in the form of data models and workflows that drive immediate business value and are strong enough to last</li> <li>Troubleshoot complex data issues and guide internal teams toward best practices. Ensure data accuracy and consistency by investigating discrepancies and improving upstream data processes.</li> <li>Prioritize projects across multiple departments while maintaining high quality and responsiveness**.** Balance competing priorities and ensure stakeholders get timely, reliable solutions.</li> <li>Contribute to internal tooling, documentation, and knowledge sharing to uplevel the team. Build standards, playbooks, and internal data products that make the analytics function more effective and scalable.</li> <li>Measure and communicate the business impact of your work with stakeholders. Demonstrate how your models and pipelines drive outcomes like revenue growth, efficiency gains, or improved decision-making.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What Were Looking For</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Strong SQL skills and experience modeling data in cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).</li> <li>Hands-on experience building complex data models with dbt</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Looker or Omni Analytics</li> <li>Experience designing data models intended for self serviceability by less technical users</li> <li>Ability to work directly with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.</li> <li>Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.</li> <li>Strong analytical thinking and a track record of shipping impactful, scalable solutions.</li> <li>Someone who takes a high level of ownership in their work and is excited about taking on more responsibility.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Bonus If You Have</strong></h2> <ul> <li><em>Experience working with the Hightouch product.</em></li> <li><em>Experience working with all areas of the business (sales/marketing/finance/product)</em></li> </ul> <p><em>The salary range for this position is $130k-$160k per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy.
