We deliver an AI-enhanced platform that integrates multiple data points to create differentiated value for our customers. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to bring their creativity and experience to help us build software with a spark of magic. As a senior engineer, you will lead the design and development of core coaching features, working closely with Product Management and Design. Our ideal candidate has experience building and maintaining large-scale web applications, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to mentor and guide other engineers through complex, impactful technology changes.</span></div><h3>What Youll Do</h3><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and user-centric web applications using modern front-end technologies.</li><li>Recommend and drive frontend infrastructure improvements.</li><li>Partner effectively with Product Management and UX design teams to translate ideas, specifications, and comps into fully functional, accessible, and high-quality user experiences.</li><li>Architect and build the front-end infrastructure for our products, ensuring a seamless, responsive, and intuitive user experience.</li><li>Mentor and guide team members through constructive code reviews and by championing software development best practices. </li><li>You will take on the role of a technology leader, guiding our most challenging cross-functional projects to success.</li><li>Resolve major customer technical issues in production, and contribute to comprehensive documentation.</li></ul><h3>Your Background</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degrees or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>8 years of experience in front end software development building and maintaining large-scale web applications serving users globally, ideally leveraging React and TypeScript.</li><li>5 years of experience architecting, building, and deploying mid-to-large size web applications</li><li>Deep expertise in core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, HTTP) and the broader web platform, including performance, security, and accessibility.</li><li>Proven ability to deconstruct complex problems and drive solutions that balance customer needs with technical constraints. </li><li>Strong communication skills with a track record of influencing key technology decisions across a large organization.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to develop and deliver high-quality applications</li><li>An entrepreneurial spirit: you’re agile, creative, resourceful, and tenacious as you solve problems and achieve team and company goals.</li></ul><div><span>Base salary range: $166,000 - $248,850 USD</span></div><div><span>Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>The above represents total expected compensation for this role.
