Youll work directly with Accounting and Financial teams, to drive system strategy, lead delivery, manage a global backlog, train end users, and ensure scalable, audit-ready solutions across our financial stack. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>This is an individual contributor, hands-on role that requires you to operate both strategically and tactually. We’re looking for a versatile systems thinker who can partner with accounting stakeholders, run point on gathering requirements, draft robust solution designs, drive projects, and jump into financial systems to configure solutions to solve business needs. You’ll work closely with Financial System Admins to maintain our financial systems and enhance them.</span></div><h3>What Youll Do</h3><ul><li>Own the roadmap and backlog for core financial systems, prioritizing based on business value and audit/regulatory impact</li><li>Serve as primary partner to Accounting and Financial Operations teams, on system needs and process changes</li><li>Architect end-to-end financial systems and solutions across NetSuite, Coupa, ZoneBilling, and supporting tools</li><li>Translate stakeholder requests into clear requirements and solution designs</li><li>Project manage enhancements from intake through deployment; design, coordinate, and test throughQA/UAT cycles</li><li>Coordinate configuration, support, and project work with financial systems admins to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution</li><li>Train and enable Accounting team members on new features and system usage</li><li>Continuously evaluate new features from NetSuite, Coupa, and ZoneBilling, as well as other financial systems to drive optimization</li><li>Create and maintain documentation and knowledge base for system architecture and processes</li></ul><h3>Your Background</h3><ul><li>7+ years of experience with financial systems (i.e. Netsuite, Coupa, etc.), including understanding partner requirements, hands-on configuration, solution design and architecture, and project delivery in a SaaS or global finance environment</li><li>Strong expertise in Netsuite ARM (Advanced Revenue Management) and Billing, including proven hands-on implementation or redesign</li><li>Proven experience scaling financial systems from early-stage startup to mid-sized enterprise.</li><li>ZoneBilling experience highly preferred (or demonstrated experience with other billing tools tightly integrated to NetSuite)</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing complex finance system projects involving multiple business units and third-party apps</li><li>Experience as a procure to pay systems such as Coupa as an Admin</li><li>Familiarity with integration tools such as Workato or other iPaaS tools preferred</li><li>Deep understanding of accounting processes including operational, Rev Rec, close, procurement, and audit prep. </li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with Accounting leadership</li><li>Strong demonstrated experience driving successful mid-size projects from requirements gathering to deployment.</li><li>Comfortable working with an India-based admin team; experience delegating and reviewing remote deliverables</li></ul><h3>This position is available either in-office or remote, as applicable, at the following locations:</h3><ul><li>Arizona - Remote </li><li>Arkansas - Remote</li><li>California - Remote </li><li>Connecticut - Remote </li><li>Florida - Remote </li><li>Georgia - Remote </li><li>Idaho - Remote </li><li>Illinois - Remote </li><li>Maryland - Remote </li><li>Massachusetts - Remote </li><li>Michigan - Remote</li><li>Minnesota - Remote </li><li>Missouri - Remote </li><li>Montana - Remote </li><li>Nevada - Remote</li><li>New Hampshire - Remote</li><li>New Jersey - Remote </li><li>New York - Remote </li><li>North Carolina - Remote </li><li>Ohio - Remote </li><li>Oregon - Remote </li><li>Pennsylvania - Remote </li><li>South Carolina - Remote</li><li>Tennessee - Remote</li><li>Texas - Remote </li><li>Utah - Remote </li><li>Virginia - Remote </li><li>Washington - Remote </li><li>Washington - Seattle</li><li>Washington, D.C. - Remote</li><li>Wisconsin - Remote</li><li>#BI-Remote </li></ul><div><span>Base salary range: $127,000 - $220,000.
