This player-coach role entails hands-on management of our Salesforce partnership while leading a small team focused on expanding and nurturing strategic alliances with key technology partners such as ServiceNow, Adobe, Workday, and SAP.</span></div><h3>What Youll Do</h3><ul><li><b>Strategic Alliance Management:</b> Own and manage the Salesforce partnership, including overseeing the customer relationship and global go-to-market (GTM) alliance strategies.</li><li><b>Team Leadership:</b> Lead and mentor a small team responsible for field operations related to Salesforce and other strategic alliances.</li><li><b>Partnership Development:</b> Identify, recruit, and build out 1-2 additional strategic alliances with companies like ServiceNow, Adobe, Workday, and SAP, transforming them into global partnerships.</li><li><b>Program Execution:</b> Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans with select partners to drive business objectives, including co-selling, co-marketing, and product integration initiatives.</li><li><b>Collaboration and Enablement:</b> Work closely with marketing and enablement teams to educate and equip the Highspot field team on joint GTM strategies.</li></ul><h3>Your Background</h3><ul><li><b>Experience:</b> At least 10 years in business development and/or strategic alliances, with a proven track record in similar roles.</li><li><b>Leadership:</b> Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.</li><li><b>Strategic Acumen:</b> Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex partnership strategies.</li><li><b>Communication:</b> Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.</li><li><b>Industry Knowledge:</b> In-depth understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and familiarity with other enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Adobe, Workday, and SAP.</li></ul><div><span>Base salary range: $182,000 - $259,000</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>On Target Earnings (OTE) range: $260,000 - $370,000, 70.00% base/30.00% variable target OTE split. Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>The above represents total expected compensation for this role.
