This role will be critical in developing and implementing strategies to educate employees on cyber threats, foster a security-conscious culture, and support adherence to internal and external compliance requirements and presenting monthly security metrics by collaborating with all the pillars and preparing review presentations.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Key Responsibilities</b></div><div><span>- Monitor and resolve incoming tickets in Freshdesk/Slack.</span></div><div><span>- Troubleshoot common application issues (Zoom, Slack, ClickUp, Google Drive).</span></div><div><span>- Reset passwords and assist with Google Workspace 2FA issues.</span></div><div><span> - Add/remove users from Google Groups and distribution lists.</span></div><div><span>- Perform basic Mac hardware troubleshooting (e.g., keyboard, trackpad, Wi-Fi).</span></div><div><span>- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 support when necessary.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Required Qualifications</b></div><div><span>- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field</span></div><div><span>- 2 to 4 years of IT support experience.</span></div><div><span>- Hands-on experience with:</span></div><div><span>- Freshdesk or another IT ticketing system.</span></div><div><span>- Addigy or a similar MDM solution for macOS.</span></div><div><span>- Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Admin console).</span></div><div><span>- Basic knowledge of macOS troubleshooting.</span></div><div><span>- Strong communication skills in English.</span></div><div><span>- Ability to work independently, follow SOPs, and document work clearly.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>EEO Statement</b></div><div><span>The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
