You will be responsible for ensuring that the new releases we make for features, enhancements, or new products meet the strict standards of quality &amp; consistency. The buck stops at you and you will have the final say on the correctness, reliability &amp; consistency of our builds.</span></div><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail, including the ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesise the results</li><li>You place quality over any other virtue</li><li>5+ years experience in testing web applications</li><li>Experience in using defect tracking systems to report, track, and resolve defects</li><li>Experience with API testing and performance testing with tools such as JMeter, and Postman</li><li>Understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, and browser debugging/console tools</li><li>Test automation experiences such as Selenium, Cypress, or any other framework</li><li>Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing</li><li>Good knowledge of working with at least one Source control system - Git, SVN, etc.</li><li>Good understanding of Agile software development methodology (Kanban or Scrum) and QAs role in it</li><li>Prior experience in B2B SaaS or a CRM product or in a complex web-based software product with multiple product areas utilising multiple services and technologies</li><li>Experience working in cross-functional teams</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Lead the planning, design, and execution of test strategies to validate software functionality, performance, and scalability</li><li>Independently identify and prioritise test scenarios, including edge cases and potential areas of risk</li><li>Develop and maintain automated test suites for UI and API testing using industry-standard tools and frameworks</li><li>Design and implement test automation frameworks from scratch, leveraging best practices and emerging technologies</li><li>Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely defect resolution</li><li>Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on testing methodologies, automation techniques, and best practices</li><li>Actively participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning meetings to drive quality and efficiency</li><li>Maintain a strong presence on Slack channels and support tickets, providing timely assistance and guidance as needed</li></ul><div><b>EEO Statement:</b></div><div><span>The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
