You will be responsible for ensuring that the new releases we make for features, enhancements, or new products meet the strict standards of quality &amp; consistency. The buck stops at you and you will have the final say on the correctness, reliability &amp; consistency of our builds. You will prepare detailed test cases that ensure coverage in our complex platform and you will help developers identify &amp; replicate any inconsistencies. You will also work closely with support teams to reproduce reported bugs and communicate them to developers and product teams.</span></div><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Automation Skills: Proficient in both UI and API automation, with a strong track record of developing robust test scripts</li><li>Innovative Problem Solver: Ability to think outside the box and identify unique approaches to finding and resolving bugs</li><li>Independent Worker: Capable of working independently, managing tasks efficiently, and meeting deadlines</li><li>Ownership Mentality: Takes ownership of projects, ensuring end-to-end quality and delivery</li><li>Proactive Approach: Demonstrates a proactive attitude in taking on new responsibilities and challenges</li><li>Remote Work Comfort: Comfortable and effective in a remote work environment</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Develop and implement automated test cases for modules, covering both API and UI functionalities</li><li>Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for customer-reported issues on a daily basis, utilizing support tickets as the primary source of information.
