Behind those numbers are real people growing their companies, connecting with customers, and making their mark - and we get to help make that happen.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>About the role:</b></div><div><span>As a Senior Product Designer on the Design Systems team at HighLevel, you will create components, libraries, and patterns and provide support for the core design system. This Design System will be used throughout all of our products and platforms. This team focuses on the functional layer of our design systems and how it extends our overall brand. Youll collaborate closely with peer designers, engineers and leadership to work on initiatives to improve the overall experience for all HighLevel offerings. The design system is also meant to improve how product teams design and build day-to-day.</span></div><h3>Requirement</h3><ul><li>At least 5+ years of relevant professional experience, with 1 or more years in building and maintaining design systems</li><li>A portfolio that shows design systems you have created or largely contributed to </li><li>Well versed with Vibe-designing, familiarity with AI-tooling for design</li><li>Experience as a contributor to multiple high impact projects and work as a “team-of-one”</li><li>Proven visual design skills that value the craft and quality of a user experience (hierarchy, layout, interactions, etc.)</li></ul><h3>Must Have</h3><ul><li>You enjoy socializing a design system across the organization.</li><li>You care about partnering and collaborating effectively through documentation, office hours, and pairing with fellow designers</li><li>You have experience with supporting partner teams in adopting and contributing to the design system</li><li>You care about your craft, and strive to improve quality of designs at scale</li><li>You have a fundamental understanding of how to design across various breakpoints, devices, and locales, and can bridge the gap between design and code</li><li>You can quickly iterate and communicate ideas across various levels of fidelity, and can receive and provide feedback constructively</li><li>You understand your way around front end code, even if at a basic levelYoure passionate about creating inclusive, accessible products</li><li>You have experience creating engaging illustrations, icons and animations that bridge the brand identity, user experience and business needs</li></ul><div><b>Equal Employment Opportunity Information</b></div><div><span>The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
