This is a strategic, execution-heavy role responsible for ensuring our Finance function has the operating rhythm, systems, and efficiency to scale in a fast-growing, global SaaS company.</div><div><br /></div><div>Unlike a traditional Finance role, this position will act as the program architect and operator for high-impact initiatives on behalf of the CFO. You’ll be a force multiplier for Finance helping design, manage, and execute initiatives that keep the organization disciplined, efficient, and forward-looking. You’ll also serve as the eyes and ears of the CFO in key meetings, representing Finance priorities and ensuring follow-through. This is a Director-level individual contributor role with high visibility inside the Finance, Accounting, and Billing Operations teams.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>What You’ll Do -</b></div><div><b>Finance Program Project Management Office (PMO)</b></div><div>- Establish and lead a Program Management Office (PMO) for the CFO to drive accountability for critical Finance and Accounting initiatives (e.g., close optimization, public company readiness, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, revenue  and billing operations, systems/process improvements).</div><div>- Translate strategic financial goals into operational action items across departments.</div><div>- Develop and maintain templates, planning tools, milestone tracking, and reporting cadences.</div><div>- Act as a central coordination point, ensuring accountability, momentum, and consistent progress across Finance and Accounting.</div><div>- Monitor key financial metrics and develop dashboards to inform executive decision-making.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Planning, Goal Tracking &amp; Operating Rhythm</b></div><div>- Build frameworks for goal setting, tracking, and accountability across Finance and Accounting teams.</div><div>- Translate high-level strategy into actionable operating plans and ensure execution against priorities.</div><div>- Design and lead Finance and Accounting’s annual and quarterly planning, operating cadences, and reporting cycles.</div><div>- Partner with the CFO to manage the <b>Finance and Accounting leadership team’s operating cadence</b>, ensuring time is spent effectively on top priorities.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Finance Operations &amp; Special Projects</b></div><div>- Lead initiatives to reduce the number of days to close the books, driving speed, accuracy, and efficiency.</div><div>- Partner with Accounting, FP&amp;A, and Billing Operations to streamline processes and implement best practices.</div><div>- Drive special projects on behalf of the CFO, from cost optimization, finance org design to systems upgrades.</div><div>- Support public company readiness initiatives, including reporting, controls, and process enhancements.</div><div>- Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Systems, Process, &amp;
