Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, managing relationships with agency partners, and ensuring seamless execution of our field marketing campaigns. Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for <ul> <li>Lead the execution of Direct Sales campaigns for HelloFresh and Factor Canada. </li> <li>Own the relationship with external sales agencies and partners, acting as the primary contact for training, performance management, compliance, and operational support.</li> <li>Develop and optimize training materials, sales collateral, and incentive programs to support frontline teams in achieving targets.</li> <li>Monitor and optimize sales performance through data reporting and insights. Build and manage a testing pipeline for messaging, offers, sales tactics, and regional rollouts to improve efficiency and core KPIs.</li> <li>Leverage AI and generative AI tools to streamline workflows, automate processes, and unlock efficiencies in campaign execution.</li> <li>Spend regular time in-field with sales teams to observe execution, provide training, gather feedback, and ensure strong alignment between strategy and frontline delivery.</li> <li>Manage critical channel operations including voucher creation, campaign setup, cost reporting, invoicing, and partner compliance reviews.</li> <li>Support the month-end finance process including invoice approval, cost tracking, and variance analysis.</li> <li>Contribute to the Direct Sales channel growth strategy by identifying opportunities to expand reach in specific audience segments and geographic regions.</li> <li>Lead ad hoc campaigns and cross-channel initiatives in the Direct Sales channel, including strategy development, planning, execution, budgeting, and post-campaign analysis.</li> <li>All other duties, as assigned </li> </ul> Sound a-peeling? Heres what were looking for <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, sales channel management, or a related/relevant field.</li> <li>Experience managing sales teams or acquisition-focused programs with measurable KPIs.</li> <li>Strong analytical mindset; skilled in Excel/Sheets and comfortable working with dashboards; SQL experience is a plus.
