If you are passionate about CRM, skilled in marketing automation, and thrive on seeing your work translate into measurable results, this is the perfect role for you. <h2>You will…</h2> <ul> <li>Develop and evolve CRM strategies end-to-end, delivering relevant communication touchpoints throughout all stages of the customer user journey.</li> <li>Leverage data and marketing automations to create scalable user flows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring seamless and personalized customer experiences.</li> <li>Setup, test, deploy, analyze adhoc as well as cycle campaigns across Email and SMS mediums.</li> <li>​​​​Maintain native and custom integrations across SFMC, CDP and in-house data event stream.</li> <li>Drive the implementation of new segmentation strategies to provide better user experience to each individual customer.</li> <li>Drive the experimentation roadmap, documenting new learnings and identifying new high-potential opportunities through a rigorous, data-driven, and agile approach.</li> <li>Ensure best practices around data privacy, compliance, and deliverability</li> <li>Work closely with other teams to support cross functional business initiatives.</li> <li>Establish, report on, and improve micro &amp; macro KPIs. Provide actionable insights, highlighting key trends, and identifying strategic opportunities.</li> </ul> <h2>You are...</h2> <ul> <li>An experienced CRM marketing professional with a deep passion for the field</li> <li>A highly pragmatic, inquisitive, geared to action individual</li> <li>A natural collaborator</li> <li>Highly creative, with a proven ability to conceptualize and bring to life new themes and concepts</li> <li>Data-native</li> </ul> <h2>At a minimum, you have...</h2> <ul> <li>BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field with a strong academic record.</li> <li>3+ years of CRM marketing with at least 1 years in the subscription space.</li> <li>Extensive hands-on experience at least in one of the following: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable, including automations.</li> <li>Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills. </li> <li>Experience in advanced data analysis, leveraging historical performance to inform and execute complex CRM projects.</li> <li>A track record of successfully bringing creative ideas to fruition and developing unique and effective themes for ongoing marketing campaigns.</li> <li>Superior time management, organizational, and project management skills.</li> <li>Solid understanding of HTML, Basic proficiency in SQL. </li> <li>Experience with Tableau, Adobe suite, or Google Analytics is an advantage.</li> <li>Passion for creative production.
