Under the supervision of the Director of Technical Operations, HealthSnap is looking for an IT Support Representative.   The IT Support Representative plays a critical role in ensuring that our teams can function smoothly and efficiently. This position will primarily focus on providing frontline support for Mac computers, aiding with software installations, and assisting with various applications, particularly SalesForce and Jira.
