We value top-notch collaboration and communication skills, both among internal teams and in how we interact with our user</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>As the Engineering Manager at HashiCorp, you will build and lead a high-performing team to achieve our vision of an enterprise-ready product across cloud and self-managed offerings. You will drive Engineering to deliver on feature requests and enhance functionality. This role will require productive collaboration with Design, Product, and other cross-functional partners to innovate toward true product-market fit.</p> <h3><strong>What youll do (responsibilities)</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Recruit, mentor, and lead a diverse and high-performing engineering team. Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture.</li> <li>Drive the team to deliver on feature requests enhancing the products capabilities.</li> <li>Expand and enhance features, ensuring it remains a key differentiator for product.</li> <li>Work closely with Design, Product, and other cross-functional teams to align on product vision and deliver innovative solutions.</li> <li>Develop and refine robust processes to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of product.</li> <li>Prioritize and address customer issues and feedback, continuously improving the customer experience.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What you’ll need (basic qualifications)</strong></h3> <ul> <li>At least 10 years of engineering experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role. Experience leading diverse product engineering teams is highly preferred.</li> <li>Strong background in cloud services and infrastructure. Proficiency in Go and familiarity with other programming languages (Python, Ruby) are beneficial.</li> <li>Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform).</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions.</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team success.</li> <li>Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. #LI-Hybrid</li> </ul> <p> </p><div><p><em>“HashiCorp is an IBM subsidiary which has been acquired by IBM and will be integrated into the IBM organization.
