We are seeking a Sr. Project Manager, Corporate Real Estate &amp; Facilities to join our team! In this capacity, you will coordinate the entire project lifecycle—from planning and design, procurement, and development through permitting and construction—across a varied portfolio of Hasbro’s global real estate initiatives. This role will have a significant impact in delivering high-quality, efficient, and innovative projects that cater to Hasbro’s evolving business needs! Achieving success in this role necessitates outstanding coordination abilities, a forward-thinking attitude, and the capacity to guide cross-functional teams with cooperation, clarity, and assurance. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA. A day in the life of a Sr. Project Manager, Corporate Real Estate &amp; Facilities:Direct and manage teams for corporate projects, including new offices, renovations and major construction efforts.<ul><li>Develops budgets and schedules for projects with minimal specific information.</li><li>Coordinates teams and plans projects to achieve timely, budget-conscious completion of specific tasks.</li><li>Prepares architect/engineer/contractor requests for proposals; analyze/align bids and make award recommendation.</li><li>Negotiates and drafts construction and consultant agreements in partnership with project collaborators and teams, both within and outside the organization.</li><li>Reviews architectural, MEP, structural drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.</li><li>Drives planning, development, estimating and internal project approvals. This will entail frequent collaboration with local and corporate leadership and internal partners such as IT, Security, Finance and Human Resources.</li><li>Builds and manages detailed project budgets. This involves tracking budget reallocations, change orders, commitments, expenditures, forecasts and analysis on a regular basis.</li><li>Facilitates frequent project team and client project gatherings and records allocated duties.</li><li>Regularly updates project team and client on project status.</li><li>Assists with due diligence efforts during property acquisition/lease activities including providing substantial input on lease negotiations and management of brokerage partners.</li><li>Adheres to Hasbro’s space standards and adopts alternatives to improve efficiencies.</li><li>Works with internal partners to create purchase orders for all approved project related expenses and to ensure budget reconciliation.</li><li>Coordinates punch list and project close-out activities, including completing maintenance manuals, as-built drawings, warranties, landlord reimbursement, and other requirements. Provides acceptance and completion of the project and collection of final documentation.</li><li>Manages junior project management staff as applicable.</li><li>Sustains strong connections with internal and external project collaborators to provide continuous support to local teams</li><li>Provides information as requested for internal operations reviews or to support internal audit inquiries, tax investigations and asset transfers.</li><li>Provides feedback to portfolio administration and corporate Finance regarding CAPEX spend and forecasts.</li></ul> What youll bring:<ul><li>BA/BS or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Architecture/Compose, Engineering, Business Operations Management, or Facilities Management preferred.</li><li>A minimum of 10 years of prior project management experience is necessary, especially in corporate real estate. Outstanding comprehension of project contracts, leases, change orders, and relevant documents.</li><li>Ability to produce, read and understand financial statements and cash flows.</li><li>Strong technical proficiency with commercial construction systems, methods and materials.</li><li>Ability to prepare budgets, summarize transactions for internal approval, reconcile costs and ensure timely project closeouts.</li><li>Proven track record of leading project teams that consist of both internal and external members, showcasing the ability to work collaboratively across organizational lines.</li><li>Excellent organizational and follow-up skills are a must, as well as the ability to multitask and resolve issues in a timely manner.</li><li>Outstanding interpersonal, communication, team building, and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills showing both agility and sensitivity to change management.</li><li>A strong enthusiasm for working collaboratively and coordinating diverse teams to achieve a common objective.</li><li>Proficiency in performing well even in unclear situations.</li><li>Experience effectively managing resources remotely while displaying good leadership with team members.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>High level of integrity with the ability to work independently, balance multiple tasks in an organized manner, and deliver quality work promptly.</li><li>Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Office, Project and PowerPoint. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions.
