Full-time hours. Main Purpose<ul><li>Support the Regional Customer Marketing team to centralize tasks and drive efficiencies across the team.</li><li>Own the display set-up process &amp; ensure systems and technology are optimized for the most effective process.</li><li>Maintain collaboration tools updated to ensure perfect flow of communication &amp; materials</li></ul>Specific Responsibilities:<ul><li>Own the EMEA Display set-up process, system,s and activation deployment to markets.</li><li>Work with the Display team to actively understand schedules and requirements and proactively ensure all needs are being met.</li><li>Understand HDM &amp; SAP processes and ways of working.</li><li>Hold highly restricted access to HDM and create all required set-ups, adhering to the set process with HDM Team.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clear channels of communication are maintained at all times.</li><li>Proactively recommend enhancements in process and maximize all potential centralization opportunities across the team.</li><li>Work with the SSC (shared service centre) on behalf of the customer marketing team to centralize workload and tasks effectively.</li><li>Facilitate tracking and maintain required documentation (reports, tracking tools) to ensure key milestones are understood and adhered to.</li><li>Follow and adhere to Company Policies and Procedures in line with SOX requirements, ensuring outstanding levels of quality and accuracy within all transactions.</li></ul>Skills and Experience:<ul><li>Proven Marketing and Administration experience.</li><li>High level of detail &amp; accuracy. </li><li>Takes personal responsibility for achieving excellent levels of service when dealing with internal stakeholders.</li><li>Effective project and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities.</li><li>Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.</li><li>Collaborative team player with a positive and accountable attitude.</li><li>Comfortable using Excel, collaboration platforms (e.g. Teams, SharePoint), and internal systems (e.g. HDM, SAP).</li></ul> We Play to Win with our Leadership Principles:•    Knowing is Half the Battle •    Break the Mold •    Take Charge •    Be Legendary •    Friendship is Magic •    Matrix of Leadership#LI-HybridHasbro is an Equal Opportunities EmployerThe above is intended to describe the general content of the role, and the requirements for satisfactory performance in this position.
