The Professional Services team, is dedicated in creating customized solutions to meet our clients specific needs. We collaborate globally on revenue strategies and innovative ways to enrich our products for our partners. As a Senior Backend Developer &amp; Database Analyst, youll play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture of new integration products, focusing on process automation and delivering customized reports. Youll lead an exciting internal migration where over 50 connectors will be integrated into a new programming environment. We are looking for a highly skilled Senior with a strong leadership mindset, capable of proposing improvements, facilitating communication between technical and product development teams, and serving as a reference to the rest of the team. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.</li> </ul> <h1>WHO YOU ARE</h1> <ul> <li>Proven experience as a Senior in backend development and database management.</li> <li>Expertise in version control (GIT) and proficiency in Clean Code and development best practices.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, NodeJS, and TypeScript is a must.</li> <li>Extensive experience with SQL/NoSQL technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL,  DynamoDB, and MongoDB, understanding common use cases and performance pitfalls, and dashboards using Metabase.</li> <li>Proficient in working with AWS cloud services, containers, and serverless architectures (Lambdas).</li> <li>Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes.</li> <li>Experienced in creating and maintaining high-traffic APIs (handling thousands of requests per second).</li> <li>Skilled in monitoring, observability, and KPIs tracking (using tools like Datadog, Grafana).</li> <li>Solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>Advanced/Fluent English proficiency.</li> <li>Client-facing skills with a proven track record of effectively managing client relationships.</li> <li>Previous involvement in international projects is a nice-to-have.</li> <li>Advanced Excel knowledge is preferable.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience.</li> </ul> We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
