Wellhub Revenue Strategy and Operations team is looking for a Revenue Operations Sr. Specialist to partner with our Sales leadership across the Globe (Brazil, Spanish speaking Latam, US and Europe) to crack the most important strategic topics of our Sales Funnel. You will help to drive efficiency and sustainably to grow our business. You will be responsible for (i) executing and scaling day-to-day operations processes (e.g. defining OKRs, tracking performance, driving forecasting, creating reports, reporting business results, etc), (ii) defining and executing the foundations of sales operations (e.g. building territories, setting targets, optimizing book of accounts, planning (budget), etc),  (iii) managing variable compensation model, targets and attainment. YOUR IMPACT <ul> <li>As an individual contributor, establish working relationships with business leaders and other cross-functional teams;</li> <li>Monitor metrics and proactively brings insights to the Sales leadership team. Highlight best-performing regions and identify drivers behind over and under-performance;</li> <li>Develop data-driven decisions on topics including: forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, sales incentive design, and product mix analysis;</li> <li>Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process by making  recommendations in areas such as go-to-market strategy, how to restructure/grow teams, and improve rep productivity;  </li> <li>Manage sales tools to foster a more structured management of Wellhub commercial activities;</li> <li>Get your hands dirty in the data but also step up to own sales strategy and planning.</li> <li>Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.
