As Senior Manager of B2B Paid Media for the US, you’ll own the B2B demand generation strategy for the US market, overseeing execution of paid media programs across paid social, paid search and programmatic display.. Reporting to the Global Director of Paid Media and working closely with the US Demand Generation Lead, you’ll own full-funnel performance. From first click to pipeline. Your job isn’t to chase vanity metrics, it’s to drive qualified demand. This is a high-visibility role with strong alignment to Marketing KPIs, and requires close collaboration with content, creative, and marketing operations, not direct interface with sales. <h1>YOUR IMPACT</h1> <ul> <li>Own US Paid Media strategy and execution, aligned to pipeline goals.</li> <li>Design and optimize full-funnel campaigns: Awareness, Lead Generation, Nurture, ABM and more. </li> <li>Set and report on KPIs tied to pipeline, opportunity creation and conversation.</li> <li>Analyze performance and deliver strategic recommendations</li> <li>Champion experimentation and channel innovation such as Reddit, YouTube, CTV and wherever your instincts take you.</li> <li>Collaborate with regional marketers, content, creative and ops teams to execute and iterate. </li> <li>Drive pipeline and revenue, not just clicks.  Youll own strategy and performance across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, YouTube, Reddit, CTV and beyond. </li> <li>Bring a strong POV on what works in B2B today, and what needs reinvention.</li> <li>Align closely with the US Demand Gen Lead, ensuring campaign performance maps to business goals and supports our broader GRM strategy.</li> <li>Manage media budgets, agency relationships, and in-house resources to hit targets.</li> <li>Test and scale high-impact tactics across all funnell stages from awareness to ABM and retargeting.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with the broader marketing team to ensure paid programs are integrated and effective </li> <li>Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.</li> </ul> <h1>WHO YOU ARE</h1> <ul> <li>4 - 6+ years in Paid Media with a clear track record in B2B growth and revenue impact.</li> <li>Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta and other emerging platforms.</li> <li>Comfort with tools like Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, and whatever you use to make sense of performance data.</li> <li>Experience building campaigns for Enterprise and SMB segments with different journeys and needs.</li> <li>High standard and a strong sense of ownership, you hit your goals and ask the hard questions. </li> <li>Strong internal collaboration skills and the ability to partner closely with demand gen leads.</li> <li>Bonus if youve worked in SaaS, Tech or wellness categories. </li> </ul> We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently. In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000. The base salary range for other locations may vary.
