THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking talented and motivated Enterprise Business Development Representatives to join our Client Sales team in Miami, Florida. Please note this is a Hybrid position and requires 3 days onsite in our Miami, FL office.  This role is perfect for a highly motivated hunter who thrives on outbound prospecting, uncovering new business opportunities, and setting the stage for successful sales conversations. YOUR IMPACT <ul> <li>Identify and engage complex Enterprise prospects from a defined Book of Business (BoB) via email, phone, LinkedIn, Video, etc.</li> <li>Strategic outbound prospecting (listening to podcasts, reading the news, reviewing 10ks, etc).</li> <li>Uncovering complex enterprise opportunities (multiple stakeholders, various buying committees).</li> <li>Setting the stage for successful high-value sales conversations (building ROI, challenger mindset).</li> <li>Close collaboration with AEs for smooth handoff of qualified leads.</li> <li>Build strong relationships through consultative selling, nurturing long sales cycles, and establishing yourself as a thought leader.</li> <li>Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.</li> <li>Develop industry expertise to act as a trusted consultant on HR, wellness, and people trends across different sectors and geographies.</li> <li>Possess strong business acumen and the ability to effectively communicate with senior-level stakeholders.</li> <li>Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. The base salary range for other locations may vary.
