THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Client Sales Executive (SMB) to join our Sales Department team in Bucharest!  In this role, you will be responsible for increasing companys revenue by expanding our client and user base. This is a great opportunity to join a market leader, work with a multicultural team, and quickly see the real value we create for our clients and users. To succeed in this position, it’s important that you embrace the 7card (Wellhub) mission and inspire others to genuinely care about their own wellbeing YOUR IMPACT <ul> <li>Sell our product to companies in the SMB segment across Romania.</li> <li>Develop and implement a proactive strategy to identify new sales opportunities and actively grow your opportunity funnel.</li> <li>Gain in-depth understanding of our value proposition and the benefits 7card generates for organizations and users.</li> <li>Pipeline Management: Own your prospect portfolio and demonstrate the initiative and expertise expected from a sales professional. Sales Narrative: Prepare persuasive proposals and comprehensive case studies to influence prospects to adopt 7card.</li> <li>Collaborate with other teams to continuously improve your product and market knowledge.</li> <li> Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.</li> </ul> WHO YOU ARE <ul> <li>Proven experience in high-volume B2B sales, consistently achieving and exceeding targets.</li> <li>Strong ability to influence decision-makers and present tailored solution benefits to each prospect.</li> <li>University degree completed; native Romanian speaker with full professional proficiency in English.</li> <li>Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for relationship-building, active listening, and persuasive communication.</li> <li>Ambitious and confident, comfortable navigating challenging conversations with prospects to drive results.</li> <li>Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and skilled at organizing priorities effectively in fast-paced environments.</li> </ul> We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
