This work is critical to ensuring that Gusto functions and feels like one integrated, connected experience, where concepts, data, and UX patterns have shared meaning and where customers can build their own understanding and confidence because the experience is predictable, consistent, easy to use and feels custom-built for the unique needs of their business. This role will support Core Experiences, and focus on building new platform services to enable Gusto to serve more complex company structures.  Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day: <ul> <li>Ownership: Craft a holistic vision grounded and lead the long-term product strategy for how Gusto represents more complex companies in both our data models and product experiences. </li> <li>North Star: Your goal is to evolve Gusto’s data model and product experience to unlock new business opportunities for companies with more complex tax reporting structures.</li> <li>Collaborate: Work closely with Design, Engineering, Data, and peer Product teams to drive the roadmap forward. You’ll also manage dependencies and mitigate roadblocks that could impact the design systems development or adoption.</li> <li>Problem Framing &amp; Research: Distill insights and data from key stakeholders, industry trends, competitive analysis, business and product metrics, and other sources to guide strategy.</li> <li>Roadmapping &amp; Prioritization: Set goals and strategy for your domain then translate it into a roadmap, milestones, and requirements collaboratively to drive alignment and excitement with your cross-functional partners and stakeholders.</li> <li>Measure &amp; Communicate: Define success metrics that reflect adoption, usage, and system health. Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $152,000 to $190,000/yr in Denver &amp; most major metro locations, and $184,000 to $230,000/yr for San Francisco, New York, &amp; Seattle. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above. Where do PMs at Gusto work?
