At Guild, we uphold our Core Values in everything we do. Our team emphasizes our Core Values in the following ways:
  • Nurture A Learner’s Mindset - using a combination of feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into personal strengths and development areas
  • Build Shared Success - building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
  • Be an Owner - holding self and others accountable to meet commitments
  • Create Belonging - recognizing the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to our company

We’re looking for a highly adaptable, self-starting Executive Assistant to support Guild’s CEO. While your main focus will be the CEO, you may be asked to provide coverage for other senior leaders based on business needs. This role goes beyond traditional admin duties— you’ll be the glue that keeps our team operating seamlessly, a champion of operational excellence, and an energizing presence who ensures the team is aligned, focused, and moving forward together. This role will report to Sarah Sawatzky, Executive Business Partner.

You’ll handle everything from calendar and travel management to event coordination while also optimizing current processes, and approaching projects with an owners mindset. If you’re scrappy, solution-oriented, and excited to make a significant impact behind the scenes, we want to meet you.

This role will be for a 6-month term with the potential to become a permanent hire. This will be a Denver-based hybrid role with a minimum 3 days/week in-office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Executive Support: Provide proactive, high-level support to the CEO and, as needed, to other senior leaders—ensuring alignment, discretion, and responsiveness at all times.
  • Calendar Management: Own and optimize complex calendars with proactive scheduling, conflict resolution, and seamless alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Travel & Expenses: Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics—including flights, accommodations, and itineraries—for domestic and international trips; submit accurate and timely expense reports.
  • Office & Event Coordination: Help plan on-site meetings, events, and in-office experiences that bring our culture to life.
  • Project Support: Lead or support high-priority projects—ranging from research to execution—with a hands-on approach and strong follow-through.
  • Tool Savviness: Leverage AI tools, data analytics platforms, and the Google suite to streamline tasks and enhance productivity.

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • High adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • A customer-focused mindset with humility and a collaborative spirit; you prioritize the needs of the team and are willing to dive in wherever needed.
  • A sense of ownership and accountability—You sweat the details and consistently look for ways to raise the bar.
  • A bias for action and results; you move fast without sacrificing quality, always keeping outcomes in mind.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • You naturally spot inefficiencies and take initiative to build clear, repeatable processes that help the team move faster and work smarter.
  • A resourceful, scrappy mindset—you’re a self-starter who solves problems independently and creatively - you figure it out, even when the path forward isn’t obvious.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • You bring proven experience in administrative or operational roles where precision, coordination, and confidentiality were critical
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) and the ability to leverage data to support executive decision-making.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Looker, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and follow-through.

This Role Might Be For You If…
You’re the kind of person who catches what others miss, thrives on bringing order to complexity, and finds joy in making things run smoother. You’re invested in your team, you lead with empathy, and youre driven by purpose, not prestige, and show up where the team needs you most.

We are committed to equal pay for equal work and believe in compensation transparency. All salary ranges are standardized nationwide and will not vary by region. This role offers a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary of $62,900 - 83,900, and stock options. Compensation offered will be based on a combination of factors such as experience, competencies, and internal equity.
