Your mission is to build internal AI-driven products that empower Guilds operating teams and drive significant business outcomes.    Youll be at the front of Guilds AI transformation, shaping the future of how we operate across every business function. Working across Business Systems, IT and Engineering, you will define the infrastructure that enables rapid development and reliable operation of AI solutions. As [AI Operations Engineer], you will: <ul> <li>Inform Guild’s operational AI strategy: map Guild’s business capabilities, benchmark current maturity and identify where AI capabilities can deliver the greatest strategic impact. </li> <li>Design end-to-end AI solutions: design scalable workflows that deliver business outcomes. This role offers a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary of $161,300 - 236,600, variable compensation, and stock options.
