The team consists of 40+ high-performing individuals from various backgrounds who work across 3 continents and 8 countries to make impactful hires for every department at Guidepoint.    Your Role We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, APAC to lead and drive end-to-end hiring across the APAC region. This individual will play a critical role in building our talent pipeline, elevating our employer brand, and ensuring we attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent across diverse functions and markets. The ideal candidate is a seasoned recruiting professional with strong stakeholder management skills, regional expertise, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. The position will report directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition in NYC.  A Day in Your New Role:   <ul> <li>Manage, coach and develop a team of professional Recruiters across APAC </li> <li>Strategize with leadership teams in APAC around hiring plan strategy, employer branding, compensation analysis, talent and market mapping and retention </li> <li>Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to develop and refine job descriptions, ensuring alignment with business goals.</li> <li>Utilize our ATS and other recruiting software to track applicants and manage workflow </li> <li>Maintain a high attention to detail and the ability to work with hiring managers to prioritize roles to meet hiring needs </li> <li>Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit from a variety of different sources </li> <li>Track and report on the recruitment progress so that we achieve our hiring targets across the organization</li> <li>Actively own 2–3 priority roles at a time while driving the overall quality and pace of hiring.</li> </ul> Projects You Will Own  We do more than just fill positions!    <ul> <li>Campus and early career strategies </li> <li>Employer branding initiatives</li> <li>Creative recruitment and sourcing solutions</li> <li>Reporting and KPIs  </li> <li>Offer acceptance rate: 85%   </li> <li>Hires per quarter: 2-3  </li> <li>Sourcing response rate: 15%</li> <li>Time to fill: 60-90 days  </li> </ul> Qualities You Have <ul> <li>Bachelors degree in human resources, or related fields required </li> <li>10+ years of experience in recruitment required </li> <li>5+ years of proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Lead, or other relevant role </li> <li>Deeply knowledgeable about various APAC markets such as China, Japan, Singapore and India </li> <li>Experience with sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates using direct sourcing tools and channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Mynavi, Naukri and other local job boards</li> <li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment  </li> <li>Strong attention to detail and an effective multi-tasker with a high sense of urgency </li> <li>Ability to drive results and lead global strategies  </li> <li>Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) </li> <li>Fluency in Mandarin preferred</li> <li>Willing to travel up to 25% </li> </ul> We’ve Got You Covered  <ul> <li>Hybrid work environment, 2 days work from home </li> <li>International exposure to the global Guidepoint sales teams </li> <li>Generous paid annual leave </li> <li>Casual and entrepreneurial work environment </li> <li>Social and team-building events </li> <li>Central office location in Marunouchi, located near Otemachi and Tokyo stations</li> </ul> ABOUT GUIDEPOINT:   Guidepoint is a leading research enablement platform designed to advance understanding and empower our clients’ decision-making process.
