Years of experience can be substituted for a degree, such as NO degree with a MINIMUM of SIX (6) years of previous Adaptive Planning implementation experience, using Workday or other ERP. IN ADDITION, years of End-User Budget Office experience can be substituted for up to TWO (2) years of Adaptive Planning experience.</li><li>Experience implementing Adaptive Planning for Workday customers</li><li>Current holder of an active Adaptive Planning certification, Workday or other ERP</li><li>Up to 50% travel balanced with a work from home and/or client office schedule - consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed</li></ul> What Would Be Nice To Have:<ul><li>Preference will be given to candidates who reside within 50 miles of a GH office.</li><li>Experience with the execution of projects within a structured methodology</li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills (RFP responses, white papers, etc.) and presentation skills such as Workday demonstrations and client presentations.</li><li>Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.</li><li>Experience working in a Budget Department environment with an understanding of the issues facing organizations</li><li>A proven role in at least three full Adaptive Planning implementations</li><li>Implementations involving deploying within a state or local government is preferred.</li><li>Adaptive Planning Integration Certification or experience configuring integrations with Adaptive Planning</li><li>Experience in an ERP Software Sales cycle (RFx responses, orals presentations, etc.).</li></ul>The annual salary range for this position is $102,000.00-$170,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
