Job Family:Software Development &amp; Support Travel Required:Up to 10% Clearance Required:Ability to Obtain Public TrustWhat You Will Do:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of SailPoint, including features, integration, and architecture</li><li>Ability to communicate about SailPoint and implementation at both the functional and technical level</li><li>Design, code, test, debug, maintain, and document software applications</li><li>Follow established software development standards and procedures and contribute towards their improvement</li><li>Develop complex application features and create technical designs</li><li>Participate in peer code and design reviews</li><li>Review and analyze complex programming specifications to resolve issues</li><li>Prepare technical standards, provide technical advice and guidance, and collaborate with other programmers to conceptualize and develop design</li><li>Conduct thorough problem analysis, document findings, and propose creative solutions</li><li>Coordinate end-to-end runs, provide production support, and suggest enhancements to existing business applications</li><li>Use technical judgment and make appropriate system decisions</li><li>Analyze and debug Application/Client Server connectivity problems</li><li>Perform SDLC process, including designing and developing applications</li><li>Remediation of security, Section 508, performance, and UX-related issues as they arise</li><li>Ability to maintain documentation for a solution, related tools, and business processes </li><li>Participate in the implementation of new features and integration scenarios </li><li>Work with technical and business users to gather and implement requirements</li><li>Willing to learn new technologies</li></ul> What You Will Need:<ul><li>U.S. citizenship is contractually required for this role</li><li>Bachelors Degree</li><li>A minimum of SIX (6) years of hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade IAM or cloud-based and web-based applications across diverse environments</li><li>Expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ, strategy, design, implementation, and operations</li><li>Experience with other programming languages</li><li>Strong understanding of IAM principles and how to implement them in an enterprise solution</li><li>Ability to maintain documentation for an IAM solution, related tools, and business processes </li><li>Proactively identify future needs for IAM services</li><li>Ability to obtain a Public Trust</li></ul> What Would Be Nice To Have:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of key IAM and FICAM policies/guidance, including NIST 800-63-3, OMB M-19-17, and HSPD-12</li><li>Experience in following established software development standards and procedures, and contributing towards their improvement</li><li>Familiarity with the SDLC process, including designing and developing applications</li><li>Broad knowledge of information system technologies with a willingness to learn new technologies</li><li>Experience with cloud provider services (AWS or Azure) and understanding of DevSecOps tools and processes </li><li>Understanding of DevSecOps tools and processes </li><li>Strong understanding of IAM principles and how to implement them in an enterprise solution</li></ul>The annual salary range for this position is $102,000.00-$170,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
