Job Family:SAAS/PAAS/Cloud Consulting Travel Required:Up to 25% Clearance Required:Ability to Obtain SecretWhat You Will Do:Guidehouse is looking for a highly skilled Power Platform Architect who can translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performance Power Apps solutions. As an Architect, you will work with the technical team to design and deliver the case management solution within a given time, identify risks and mitigate the risk during the design phase. You will be responsible for high-quality projects. You will work with the client, PM, and BA and streamline the communication between teams.<ul><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop technical solutions using the Power Platform.</li><li>Lead the design and architecture of Power Apps solutions, including canvas apps, model-driven apps, and custom connectors.</li><li>Define technical standards, best practices, and guidelines for Power Apps development within the organization.</li><li>Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers and Power Platform specialists.</li><li>Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization for Power Apps solutions.</li><li>Design integrations between Power Apps, Microsoft 365 services, third-party applications, and data sources.</li><li>Oversee the implementation and deployment of Power Apps solutions while ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of solutions with overall business objectives and IT strategy.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest advancements in the Power Platform and evaluate their applicability to the organization.</li></ul>What You Will Need:<ul><li>Minimum of SEVEN (7) years of experience as a Power Platform Architect or similar role, with a strong track record of architecting and implementing complex solutions using the Power Platform</li><li>An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance</li><li>Minimum degree: US equivalent Bachelors Degree</li><li>Extensive expertise in Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, Common Data Service (CDS), and other components of the Power Platform</li><li>In-depth understanding of Microsoft Azure services, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and related technologies</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and lead technical teams</li><li>Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and design documents</li><li>Experience with data modeling, security configurations, and performance tuning in Power Apps</li><li>Core Skills: C#, SQL, .Net, D365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, PowerApps, Power BI, &amp; Power Automate (formally known as Flow)</li></ul>What Would Be Nice To Have:<ul><li>Experience in “Big 4” or equivalent established consulting firm and/or Microsoft Gold partner highly desired</li><li>BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering</li><li>Experience with public sector clients preferred</li><li>Experience with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodology</li></ul>The annual salary range for this position is $106,000.00-$176,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
