Job Family:General Coding Travel Required:Up to 10% Clearance Required:NoneWhat You Will Do:<ul><li>Manage multiple Physician Coding Projects.</li><li>You will oversee Supervisors and Coders assigned to Client projects.</li><li>Management of multiple projects and keeping each organized and managing communications between client and Coding leadership</li><li>Responsible for maintaining metrics for each client assigned</li><li>Will be client facing and assuring all aspects of the project are covered and that the team is sufficiently trained</li><li>Responsible for reporting client updates to upper leadership.</li></ul> What You Will Need:<ul><li>Bachelors degree (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)</li><li>7+ years medical coding management experience</li><li>Active CPC certification from AAPC</li><li>Must have experience managing multiple projects and overseeing 20+ team members.</li><li>Requires good written and oral communication skills</li><li>Requires good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task</li><li>Will need to be skilled in excel and have good analytical skills</li></ul> What Would Be Nice To Have:<ul><li>Experience working with offshore teams</li><li>Experience in educating and training coders</li><li>CPMA Certification</li></ul>  The annual salary range for this position is $77,000.00-$129,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
