Job Family:Technology Consulting Travel Required:Up to 50% Clearance Required:Ability to Obtain Public TrustWhat You Will Do:The Management Consulting Associate Director in Guidehouses State and Local Government Practice leads delivery teams on high impact State &amp; Local Government client engagements and drives business development activities. Key activities include:<ul><li>Establishing approaches to gather information from clients regarding client structure, process, technology and culture.</li><li>Facilitating meetings with client stakeholders to gather information.</li><li>Managing quality control for project deliverables and work product consistent with Guidehouse quality requirements.</li><li>Leverage Guidehouse frameworks and other leading practices identify and implement program improvements for clients.</li><li>Effectively leveraging project resources to accomplish tasks while providing regular feedback and coaching.</li><li>Driving business development activities including RFP responses, proposal development, and contribute to account planning.</li></ul>What You Will Need:<ul><li>A minimum of Seven (7) years of relevant experience in the State/Local Health and Human industry.</li><li>Experience delivering HHS projects, including but not limited to Integrated Eligibility, Child Support, Child Welfare, Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS), and/or Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES).</li><li>Bachelors degree.</li><li>Experience with core and emerging technologies such as Cloud, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and enterprise platforms.</li><li>Proven track record of client solution delivery and achieving impactful technology solutions in the HHS domain.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Government Procurement Expertise: Familiarity with the HHS procurement lifecycle, including experience writing compelling RFP/RFI responses, contract vehicles, and state-specific procurement processes.</li><li>Must be willing to travel for meetings as needed.</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Must be US citizen Or Permanent resident.</li><li>Must be able to pass the govt background check.</li></ul>What Would Be Nice To Have:<ul><li>Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP or SAFe Agilist.</li></ul>The annual salary range for this position is $135,000.00-$225,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
