Job Family:PFS General Travel Required:Up to 10% Clearance Required:NoneWhat You Will Do:Project Management<ul><li>Development and refinement of staffing analyses to help determine staffing needs based on performance and volume (requires collaboration with operational leaders and client for validation)</li><li>Oversight of operational leaders in execution of staffing plans</li><li>Monthly project budgeting based on projected staffing changes with expectation that budgeting issues be escalated to Guidehouse leadership</li><li>Preparation of client invoicing based on cost to collect % (will have support from junior resource; will be responsible for providing oversight and feedback to junior resource supporting these efforts)</li><li>Review and validation of team travel expenses</li><li>Creation of deliverables such as status reports, presentations, performance reports, etc.</li><li>Meeting facilitation including development of agendas, sending of notes and action items, follow up on action items, etc.</li><li>Management of performance improvement initiatives (i.e., backlog reduction effort for coding denials)</li><li>Oversight of junior resource with limited revenue cycle knowledge to assist with project management activities</li></ul> What You Will Need:<ul><li>Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience or an Associate’s Degree and a minimum 12 years relevant experience (relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree).</li><li>Relevant experience coming from a healthcare provider, central business office environment or revenue cycle outsourcing company, business services.</li></ul> What Would Be Nice To Have:<ul><li>​Previous healthcare revenue cycle experience within a physician setting.</li></ul>#IndeedSponsored#LI-RemoteThe annual salary range for this position is $89,000.00-$148,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
