<div>To lead GTI’s work in the banking and financial services sectors. This includes retaining and growing the client base both via existing and net new customers. You will achieve this by proactively identifying and closing sales opportunities while simultaneously nurturing existing relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.<br /><br /></div> <h2> Outcomes </h2> <div><strong>Create sector led expertise across Banking &amp; FS: </strong></div><ul><li>Work with our Creative Solutions Team to deliver a programme of content, events, prospect and existing customer engagement tailored to the 4 sub sectors within Banking &amp; FS – Banking, Investment &amp; Asset Management, Insurance &amp; FS – all activity should be designed to raise the profile of our expertise in this space and generate meaningful leads and customer gain. </li></ul><div><strong> </strong></div><div><strong>Acquisition and Growth of customers:</strong></div><ul><li>Acquire net new ‘large enterprise size’ banking &amp; FS customers across the full suite of GTI products and services while developing relationships with a range of stakeholders from scratch.</li><li>Retain and develop existing relationships with large enterprise size clients within the banking &amp; financial services sectors to generate strong retention as well as expansion opportunities into other product and services lines.</li></ul><div> </div><div><strong>Successful articulation of our proposition ensuring with clarity, that employers understand how they will use our platform and services:</strong></div><ul><li>Build relationships with a broad range of contacts within the ‘large enterprise size’ Banking &amp; FS base – focusing on senior budget holders &amp; strategic thinkers</li><li>Gain a detailed understanding of their main priorities, objectives and challenges and position yourself as a key strategic partner. </li><li>Identify how and where our platform, research &amp; recruiting solutions add value, creating meaningful growth sales activity as a result.</li></ul><div> </div><div><strong>Deliver an excellent customer experience</strong></div><ul><li>Work closely with our Customer Success, Student Success &amp; Recruiting Solutions team to ensure all contracts and expectations are met &amp; exceeded.</li><li>Create a strong retention environment, reducing existing (low levels) of churn.</li><li>Lead QBR’s with customer success managers to maintain presence in all customer relationships and spot potential opportunities.</li></ul><div> </div> <h2> Other Information </h2> <ul><li>Permanent role – 37.5 hours per week.
