<div><strong>About the role:</strong></div><div>The key purpose of this opportunity is to deliver a fantastic recruitment service to our customers, ensuring that all candidates have a great candidate experience. Your role will be to ensure that you partner effectively with all key stakeholders and customers, offering effective support on all aspects of the candidate journey. </div> <h2> Outcomes </h2> <div><strong>Customers are delighted throughout the recruitment campaign</strong></div><ul><li>As part of the recruitment team, help ensure that the client has a quality candidate pipeline of diverse candidates to ensure their hiring targets are met. </li><li>Deliver workshops or training sessions to support the business areas with the assessment process, ensuring that they’re fully equipped and knowledgeable of the role they play within the candidate’s journey. </li><li>Efficiently monitor application pipelines and process candidates in a timely manner in accordance with Service Level Agreements.</li><li>Deliver a high level of client service interacting both virtually and in person. </li></ul><div><strong>A fantastic candidate experience is delivered and maintained throughout the recruitment journey.</strong></div><ul><li>Successfully coordinate and facilitate assessment events, including scheduling and communicating with candidates, as well as providing timely updates to the client.</li><li>Providing timely updates to candidates on offer decisions providing constructive feedback where necessary.   </li><li>Provide up to date and accurate reporting on status of recruitment activities. </li><li>Update candidates regularly on their application throughout the recruitment process. </li><li>Provide a positive and supportive candidate experience throughout the season, ensuring all candidate queries are answered fully and in a timely, efficient manner.</li></ul><div><strong>The team is collaborative and cohesive and continually driven to achieve excellent results</strong></div><ul><li>Communicate effectively with colleagues, keeping everyone well informed on priorities and outcomes during the recruitment campaign.</li><li>Attend and contribute to regular team meetings.</li><li>Ability to effectively prioritise multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment.   </li></ul> <h2> Other Information </h2> <ul><li>Permanent role – 37.5 hours per week.
