The position ensures adherence to internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory standards. The individual will champion ethical behavior, support sound decision-making, and contribute to the development and execution of compliance initiatives that align with organizational goals.JOB DESCRIPTION <h2>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</h2><ul><li>Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive compliance strategy informed by risk assessments and other key criteria.</li></ul><ul><li>Design, document, and maintain compliance controls, including policies, procedures, standards, and job aids.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments across business units and sub-processes to identify and mitigate compliance risks.</li><li>Provide oversight and guidance for projects and initiatives requiring fee transparency compliance input.</li><li>Develop and implement compliance education and awareness programs, including training plans.</li><li>Establish reporting mechanisms to evaluate program effectiveness and present findings and recommendations to leadership.</li><li>Collaborate with business units to strengthen compliance through control monitoring and testing.</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert related to fee governance and transparency requirements.</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>CROSS-DEPARTMENT COORDINATION</h2><h3>Operations:</h3><ul><li>Develop, promote, and maintain best practices for fee management and communication.</li><li>Train operations teams to ensure compliance with fee management policies.</li><li>Analyze data from on-the-ground activities to improve fee practices.</li></ul><h3>Marketing &amp; Digital Presence:</h3><ul><li>Ensure marketing materials reflect accurate fee-related information.</li><li>Work with marketing teams and vendors (e.g., PMSs, website providers, ILSs, Engrain) to maintain consistent messaging.</li><li>Guide the ongoing use of Community Fee Guides and other consumer-facing documents. </li></ul><h3>Property Systems:</h3><ul><li>Leverage technology to streamline fee management processes and reporting.</li><li>Safeguard data integrity and security in fee-related systems, including Salesforce.</li></ul><h3>Legal Compliance:</h3><ul><li>Partner with the legal team to ensure alignment with regulatory and contractual obligations.</li></ul>BASIC KNOWLEDGE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>7–10 years of relevant experience preferred; Master’s degree strongly preferred.</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.</li><li>Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.</li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.</li><li>Proven ability to make sound decisions, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Demonstrated success in implementing governance frameworks and ensuring regulatory compliance.</li><li>Deep understanding of fee structures and regulatory environments in the real estate sector.</li><li>Strong project management and operational execution capabilities.</li><li>Experience leading and sustaining large-scale initiatives.</li></ul><h2>TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</h2><ul><li>Team members work in an office or remote work environment.
