As a member of the Inbound Sourcing team, you will actively contribute to a swift software release cycle and the overall success of Greenhouse. Our Inbound Sourcing team owns many pieces of our core codebase across different applications, including our Greenhouse Recruiting application, Job boards, and MyGreenhouse. You will work across the full stack, contributing to a wide range of features. Youll contribute to key projects, collaborate with product and design, and partner with fellow engineers for pair programming while also working independently to contribute code. The national pay range for this role is $141,000 - $165,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidates experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
