They will be responsible for delivering personalized and engaging messaging across the buyer journey via email and supporting channels. This role will also help project-manage larger integrated campaigns that span multiple teams across the marketing organization. This role will partner closely cross-functionally to ensure we’re delivering the right message to the right audience at the right time – through both proactive and automated channels. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a test-and-learn mindset, and a deep understanding of how to nurture leads and accelerate pipeline using email and digital channels.  <h2>Who will love this job</h2> <ul> <li>A strategist – you own the full funnel email strategy and execution, including building processes for cross-functional integrated campaigns and managing campaign production</li> <li>A collaborator – you partner closely with demand generation and other marketing teams, including content, product marketing, performance marketing, ABM, and sales</li> <li>An innovator – you continuously test and iterate on campaign elements like subject lines, copy, cadence, CTAs, and AI email strategies</li> <li>A nurturer – you have demonstrated success managing nurture programs and understand how to accelerate pipeline</li> <li>A communicator – you possess excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for customer-centric, conversion-focused messaging</li> <li>A data-driven individual – you are comfortable using data to inform decisions, define goals, set KPIs, and report on campaign performance</li> </ul> <h2>What you’ll do</h2> <ul> <li>Build, execute, and optimize full funnel email strategy, including drip campaigns, nurture engagement streams, and supporting other marketing subteam campaigns.</li> <li>Define goals and KPIs for all email marketing programs and report on performance including engagement, MQLs, influenced pipeline, and conversion metrics. </li> <li>Work closely with the demand generation team to inform the strategy for nurturing audiences on paid advertising channels</li> <li>Build the process for collaboration and execution of cross-functional integrated marketing and “big rock” campaigns through thorough project management</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product marketing, performance marketing, ABM, and sales teams to ensure campaigns are targeted, timely, and aligned to business priorities. </li> <li>Manage campaign production from start to finish – including copywriting, segmentation, testing, QA, launch, and performance analysis – leveraging internal experts for support in specific areas.</li> <li>Continuously test and iterate on campaign elements (subject lines, copy, cadence, CTAs, chatbot and AI email strategies) to improve results.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (i.e. CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and support overall database health and hygiene in conjunction with Marketing Operations.</li> </ul> <h2>You should have</h2> <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing in a B2B SaaS or technology environment</li> <li>Hands on experience with marketing automation platforms (i.e. Marketo or similar)</li> <li>Strong understanding of campaign strategy, list segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting best practices</li> <li>Demonstrated success managing nurture programs</li> <li>Strong marketing campaign project management experience</li> <li>Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for customer-centric, conversion-focused messaging</li> <li>Comfortable using data to inform decisions; able to set KPIs and report on campaign performance</li> <li>Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and operations teams</li> <li>Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data privacy regulations</li> <li>Experience with lead scoring, ABM collaboration, and personalization at scale, a plus</li> <li>Your own unique talents! The national pay range for this role is $84,000 - $122,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidates experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role. For US-based employees, we offer short-term and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan and company match.
