In this role, youll deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages across a wide range of conditions, while working closely with our provider and support teams. Partnerships with Google, Walmart, and Best Buy</span></div><div><span>-Maximum Admin Support: Our staff handles scheduling, billing, credentialing, and patient verification</span></div><div><span>-Easy to use EMR with integrated video streaming capabilities, documentation templates, and patient management systems.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>Currently </span><b>unable</b><span> to consider candidates residing in the following states: AL, IN, GA, MS, MO, OK, SC, CA, or TN</span></div><h3>Responsibilities: </h3><ul><li>Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams</li><li>Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of conditions across the lifespan</li><li>Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed</li><li>Develop and document treatment plans in a timely, accurate manner</li><li>Manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions for pediatric and adult patients</li><li>Request consultation or referral with other health care providers when appropriate</li><li>Counsel and educate patients and families on treatment plans</li><li>Maintain current knowledge of clinical best practices and evidence-based care</li><li>Provide cross-coverage for tasks such as reviewing lab results</li><li>Offer scheduling flexibility, including evenings and weekends</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program, with prior graduation from an accredited nursing school.</li><li>Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, in accordance with state requirements</li><li>Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC</li><li>Active RN compact license </li><li>Active multi-state licensure <b>(5+ licenses preferred)</b></li><li>Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings</li><li>Experience providing care to newborns through adult populations</li><li>Strong clinical acumen and ability to manage a broad range of conditions</li><li>Maintain active Medicare status - In good standing with Medicare/Medicaid and not excluded from participation in federal health programs</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications: </h3><ul><li>Prior telemedicine or video-based virtual care experience</li><li>Experience with Athena EMR </li></ul><div><span>Full-Time: 40hrs/wk min - $123,000/yr on average with guaranteed base + equity + benefits. Additionally, Included Health offers productivity incentives for employees who exceed the visit target.
