<div><span>The Sr. Marketing Project Manager will manage medium to large cross-functional projects and campaigns across client-facing and brand marketing initiatives. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional who excels in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. They will drive integrated project plans involving Partner Marketing, Growth, and Creative teams, with a focus on managing creative projects and deliverables. A strong understanding of creative workflows and a systems-oriented mindset are essential to help streamline operations and scale execution. This role will also support the team’s transition into a more scalable, systems-based workflow, playing a key role in our Asana-based work management rollout.</span></div><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Lead end-to-end project management for integrated marketing initiatives, with a focus on creative execution within broader campaign plans</li><li>Manage intake and scoping of new project requests, aligning creative resources with project needs and timelines</li><li>Build and maintain cross-functional project timelines, status trackers, and delivery schedules using Asana</li><li>Facilitate communication and coordination between Creative, Partner Marketing, and Growth teams</li><li>Ensure stakeholder expectations are clearly aligned and met throughout the project lifecycle</li><li>Identify and escalate risks, bottlenecks, or resource conflicts proactively</li><li>Partner with marketing leadership to scope, plan, and prioritize projects that align with business objectives</li><li>Act as the central point of contact for cross-functional marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment and accountability across teams.</li><li>Contribute to the development and documentation of scalable creative workflows and standard operating procedures</li><li>Support change management efforts related to tools, systems, and team process adoption</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in creative operations, marketing, or in-house agency environments</li><li>Proven experience managing creative deliverables within larger, cross-functional marketing campaigns</li><li>Strong knowledge of creative workflows, including design, copywriting, production, and review cycles</li><li>Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across marketing functions (e.g., channel, strategy, brand)</li><li>Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-changing environment</li><li>Familiarity with intake systems and traffic coordination models</li><li>Experience supporting marketing campaign frameworks and asset roadmaps</li><li>Comfort working in organizations undergoing workflow or tooling transitions</li><li>Experience in healthcare, tech, or highly regulated industries a plus (not required)</li><li>PMP or equivalent project management certification (not required)</li></ul><h3>Physical/Cognitive Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location.</li><li>Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.</li><li>Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.</li><li>No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required.</li><li>Ability to interact with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.</li></ul><div>The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:</div><div><br /></div><div>Zone A: $120,<a href="http://050.00">050.00</a> - $156,<a href="http://070.00">070.00</a> + equity + benefits  </div><div>Zone B: $132,<a href="http://055.00">055.00</a> - $171,<a href="http://677.00">677.00</a> + equity + benefits  </div><div>Zone C: $144,<a href="http://060.00">060.00</a> - $187,<a href="http://284.00">284.00</a> + equity + benefits  </div><div>Zone D: $156,<a href="http://065.00">065.00</a> - $202,<a href="http://891.00">891.00</a> + equity + benefits  </div><div><br /></div><div>This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone.
