<div><span>The Senior Solutions Consulting Manager is responsible for driving growth by ensuring solutions meet health plan prospects’ and clients’ business needs. The Solutions Consultant does this by providing technical product expertise, developing deal strategy, creating the tailored articulation of value, and identifying and solutioning for gaps in client &amp; member delivery model. </span></div><h3>Duties and Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Provide key deal and market insights with Go to Market leadership and the Product Marketing team, helping to shape our products, packaging, and the way we message our solution broadly. For the Health Plan sector specifically, this will include exploration of new solutions and channels to optimize and drive growth</li><li>Apply deep product, market, and competitive knowledge in live meeting and written communication with clients, prospects, and consultants</li><li>Deliver an engaging and comprehensive product demonstration</li><li>Facilitate discovery in support of strategic solutioning for product fit and goal alignment</li><li>Tailor and strengthen Request for Proposal responses, financial proposals, and renewals</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>6-10+ years of client-facing experience in the health and benefits industry, with a strong emphasis on carrier/ health plan experience </li><li>Background as a solution consultant or client success manager in a health tech company, or as an account manager in benefits consulting or an insurance company</li><li>Understanding of the U.S. health insurance market, including commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid lines of business, regulatory landscapes, and key industry trends</li><li>Proven track record in sales and strategy focused on best-fit win strategies</li><li>Experience in a high growth, fast changing environment</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information and messages to a broad and diverse audience</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment</li><li>Ability to travel (travel amount ~15%)</li></ul><div><i>The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:</i></div><div><i>Zone A: </i>$128,130 - $180,990 + bonus<i> + equity + benefits</i></div><div><i>Zone B: </i> $140,943 - $199,089 <i>+ </i>bonus + <i>equity + benefits</i></div><div><i>Zone C: </i> $153,756 - $217,188 <i>+ </i>bonus + <i>equity + benefits</i></div><div><i>Zone D: </i>$166,569  - $235,287  <i>+ </i>bonus + <i>equity + benefits</i></div><div><br /></div><div><i>This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone.
