Our mission is “We make it easy to detect, respond, and learn from incidents with minimal toil”. We have three functional squads within our team, frontend, backend and mobile, but our work is usually spread across the three functions.</p> <p>Our domain is quite large and it is constantly evolving. Our key values are <em>unified experience</em>, <em>automation and integration</em> and <em>Observability Native. </em>We are customer focused and aim to provide an excellent customer experience for efficient usage with a high degree of automation and integration to multiple 3rd party systems that our users can leverage. We use Go and Python, but if you have familiarity with C++, JVM languages, Rust or similar.</li> <li>Experience working with Kubernetes.</li> <li>Some experience with delivering projects - from gathering requirements, brainstorming ideas, all the way to shipping a product to the customer’s hands, in a self-driven way.</li> <li>Some experience with developing software that runs in the Cloud or some experience with systems engineering.</li> <li>Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others.</li> </ul> <h4>Nice to haves</h4> <ul> <li>Been a user of Grafana and Prometheus in operational roles (including on-call for your team at a previous employer or just using these tools on hobby/homelab projects).</li> <li>Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems, or a desire to learn.</li> <li>Familiarity with being on-call and performing operations/SRE tasks or with the concept of infrastructure as code.</li> </ul> <p>In the US, the Base compensation range for this role is $<span>168,256 - $201,907</span><span>.</span> Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
