You’ll own the strategy and execution of co-marketing, enablement, and joint go-to-market programs that drive pipeline and revenue.Experience in the Shopify partner ecosystem is essential—but we’re not looking for rinse-and-repeat playbooks. Establish performance frameworks and reporting cadences that track impact from awareness through to closed-won revenue.</li><li>Partner Enablement: Equip partner sales teams with the tools, messaging, and programs needed to confidently position and sell Gorgias.</li><li>Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing (and AI-leveraged) ecosystem marketing team that scales with the business and amplifies broader marketing initiatives—from product launches to campaigns and events.</li><li>Strategic Partnerships: Deepen relationships with top partners through impactful collaboration. Stay on top of ecosystem trends and the evolving ecommerce partnership landscape.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>5–7 years of experience in partner, channel, or product marketing, with a proven track record of scaling co-marketing programs across a variety of partner types.</li><li>Deep experience in the ecommerce ecosystem, ideally within the Shopify partner landscape. Background with agency, referral, BPO, ISV, or TSD partners is a plus.</li><li>An AI geek. You experiment constantly, test new tools, and can speak to how AI helps you move faster, better—not just for writing copy.</li><li>Fluent in marketing systems: <a target="_blank" href="http://Customer.io">Customer.io</a> (or similar), HubSpot, Webflow, Splash. You don’t wait on others to get things launched.</li><li>A storyteller who builds “1+1=3” partner narratives that stand out, drive enablement, and get results.</li><li>Data-minded, with strong analytical skills to measure and optimize partner marketing performance.</li><li>Collaborative and cross-functional—comfortable partnering with sales, product, and business development to make things happen.
