<div><span>We are seeking a dynamic Transportation Program Manager to lead the refinement of our existing Transportation department while driving the development of innovative structures, processes, and procedures. Join us in shaping the future of our transportation operations!</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>This is a hybrid position that will split time between our Cherry Hill Distribution Center and Philadelphia HQ. </span></div><h3>You Will Be Responsible For:</h3><ul><li><b>Process Optimization</b>: Analyze current distribution and transportation processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements that enhance operational performance and reduce costs.</li><li><b>Project Management</b>: Lead cross-functional projects focused on the development and implementation of new structures and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery of results.</li><li><b>Stakeholder Collaboration</b>: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure that initiatives meet the needs of all stakeholders while promoting best practices.</li><li><b>Performance Metrics Development</b>: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of new initiatives and processes, providing regular reports and recommendations for ongoing enhancements.</li></ul><h3>You Have:</h3><ul><li><b>Education</b>: Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.</li><li><b>Experience</b>: 3-5 years of relevant experience in program or project management roles, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. Preferably in supply chain management, transportation network architecture, industrial engineering, or operations management.</li><li><b>Skills</b>: Project Management, Technical Proficiency, Analytical Skills, Communication Skills, Leadership &amp; Team Management, Adaptability &amp; Innovation, Stakeholder Management, Organizational Skills.</li><li><b>Competencies</b>: Strategic Thinking, Results Orientation, Collaborative Mindset, Emotional Intelligence, Resilience &amp; Adaptability, Decision-Making Skills, Innovative Mindset, Mentoring &amp; Coaching. </li><li><b>Travel:</b> Willing to travel to distribution centers and transportation hubs as needed (50% of time) </li></ul><h3>Compensation:</h3><ul><li>Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location. The salary range below reflects what we’d reasonably expect to pay candidates. A candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, interview performance, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. Exceptions may be made for exceptional individuals.
