You will provide operating mechanic leadership for the Brand &amp; Creative org, with a specific focus on streamlining operations, increasing efficiencies, managing the Brand &amp; Creative budget, onboarding contractors and vendors, and building processes and new ways-of-working in order to improve Brand &amp; Creative output. The ideal candidate has experience in leading creative operations in-house at brands, as well as at agencies. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly engaged, strategic, and organized manager, who loves building world-class creative and empowering dynamic creative teams.What You’ll Do:Brand &amp; Creative Operating Model Management <ul><li>Lead the development and implementation of Brand &amp; Creative processes, in close partnership with the Brand Lead, Creative PM org, and the Creative Directors. </li><li>Manage the rollout of a centralized project management software for the Creative organization. </li><li>Manage org-level project tracking and allocation of Creative resources. </li></ul>Budget Management <ul><li>Lead the development of an efficient budget forecasting and management process, along with tracking of individual campaign budgets.</li><li>Responsible for daily tracking of invoices, onboarding of vendors, and working with the Marketing Operations and Finance team to balance the Brand &amp; Creative budget. </li></ul>Vendor &amp; Contractor Onboarding <ul><li>Build a portfolio of vendors and contractors to support the Brand &amp; Creative teams</li><li>Lead the onboarding process for vendors and contractors, utilizing our internal procurement system, Gatekeeper.</li></ul>Team Culture Enablement <ul><li>Support Brand &amp; Creative leadership in team and talent development opportunities, morale building events and experiences, and daily team management best practices. </li></ul>What We’re Looking For:<ul><li>BS degree in marketing or related degree or the equivalent in years of experience.</li><li>8+ years of Creative Operations experience, ideally within a Brand &amp; Creative organization within a direct-to-consumer brand. </li><li>Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and creative enablement. </li><li>A solid understanding of how creativity can achieve business objectives while still meeting and encouraging brand standards for aesthetic and communication quality.</li><li>Strong analytical ability and clear and effective written, verbal, and visual communication skills.</li><li>Optimism and excitement for your work, a love for the next big challenge, and a passion for business impact.</li><li>Proficient in Asana, Google Suite, and Figma.
